Role Overview

Coles Supermarkets is a leading retailer in Australia, operating over 800 stores across the country. As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer experiences by safely navigating our iconic Coles vans to deliver customer orders to their homes.

About the Role

This part-time position requires you to have an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery. The successful candidate will have the confidence to drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas.

Responsibilities
  • Safely drive and navigate Coles vans to deliver customer orders
  • Pick and pack orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service skills
Requirements
  • Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
  • A safe driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Physical fitness to lift and carry groceries from the van to delivery points
