The Role
This role involves delivering housing services to support those in need as part of an established team. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement with potential for permanency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support tenancy processes and activities through process improvement.
- Assess and identify potential renters.
- Provide information, advice, and assistance on housing options.
- Educate clients on their rights and responsibilities as tenants.
- Prepare documentation for VCAT hearings.
- Maintain relationships with renters to ensure well-maintained homes.
About You
To be successful, you should have prior social work experience preferably in community housing. Relevant skills include a degree or diploma in community service, social sciences, social housing management, or similar disciplines, along with excellent communication and system skills.
