With an exciting project secured, Ivory Group is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to oversee the delivery of a large-scale residential and commercial project valued above $100M from start to finish in Newcastle.
About the Position
As a Project Engineer, you will report to the Senior Project Manager and work collaboratively with the site team to deliver a large-scale residential project valued above $100M, from start to finish.
You will liaise with the design team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard and with a strong focus on WHS legislation.
You will be supported by a team consisting of a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, Site Managers, Foremen, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Cadets.
Duties
- Service coordination and management
- Variations and change management
- Procurement and supply chain management
- Programming and scheduling
- Cost control and budgeting
- Client management and liaison
Required Skills and Qualifications
A tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline is preferable. A proven record of monitoring, managing, and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processes as a Site/Project Engineer/Contract Administrator or similar is also required.
Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
