Financial Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Service Representative to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our sales and account management team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals through secured and unsecured loans.
Key Responsibilities- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales and Account Management: Generate sales and manage overdue accounts through direct engagement with customers, helping them build their credit through monthly payments.
- Financial Analysis and Risk Assessment: Review and evaluate prospective loans through financial analysis and other risk assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.
- Collection and Account Management: Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics in all interactions with customers.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
