We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Allstar Recruitment Group. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in developing new sales and marketing strategies to increase business opportunities for our client, a leading provider of hydraulic solutions in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop existing accounts and identify new potential opportunities and areas for development
- Provide detailed and regular reports on the current state of the market and potential opportunities
- Follow up on quoted enquires and provide technical advice and specifications
- Complete relevant pre-qualification documentation and follow up to achieve approval status
- Pro-actively generate new business opportunities through your own initiative
- Produce high quality reports and proposals to persuade prospects and clients of the benefits of our client's products and services
- Manage the sales process from initial opportunity to close
- Prepare considered, realistic sales forecasts in a timely fashion
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Technical Sales role
- Hydraulics or mechanical background
- Competent with MS Office applications, including spreadsheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude with a strong business acumen
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Articulate and excellent time management skills
