Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Water Engineer to lead water management design and provide advisory services on integrated water projects. As a key member of our diverse team of experts, you will work on complex projects that require collaboration and teamwork.

About the Role:
  • Provide technical leadership on multi-disciplinary land development projects, delivering high-quality water solutions.
  • Manage small to medium-scale waterway design projects, including stormwater harvesting schemes, bioretention systems, and wetlands.
  • Contribute to water management strategies, ensuring sustainable solutions for clients.
  • Mentor and develop graduates and junior engineers, promoting our strong professional development culture.
About You:
  • Passionate about achieving sustainable water solutions through collaboration and inclusive teamwork.
  • Seasoned Civil or Environmental Engineer with a proven track record in delivering water management projects, ready to take on a technical lead role.
  • Experience in designing WSUD assets, waterways, wetlands, and alternative water systems.
  • Keen interest in stormwater management, water quality, integrated water management planning, or environmental policy.
  • Previous experience in a consultancy environment, water authorities, or local council is highly regarded.
