Job Title: Senior Business Partner

This is a key role in the Regional Customer Lending Solutions team.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting our customers and communities to business banking.

  • Create lending submissions, including obtaining and collating customer information.
  • Perform credit analysis, financial modelling, and interpretation of customers' financial information.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience by managing the end-to-end lending process.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to identify opportunities and build advocacy.
  • Contribute to team meetings, continuous improvement practices, and sharing of skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience of lending processes and credit assessment.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in banking.
  • Proven experience with financial analysis.
  • Understanding of policy and verification requirements.
  • Willingness to continue learning and strive for positive customer outcomes.
