**Job Description**
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail and trade environment, you will be responsible for creating moments that matter for our customers.
About the Role
You will have a safety focus at all times, ensuring your own safety, as well as that of your teammates and customers. Your strong customer service skills will contribute to positive sales performance, while maintaining exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing genuine service and creating moments that matter with customers
- Using your strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance
- Maintaining exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Processing stock; receiving, dispatching, and storing
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A focus on customer satisfaction and delivering great experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems
