Job Title: Service Delivery Officer

About the Role

We are seeking high-performing and client-focused individuals to join our Frontline Operations team as Service Delivery Officers. In this role, you will work in a scheduled contact centre environment, providing exceptional service to clients between 7am and 7pm.

Your key responsibilities will include interacting with clients over the phone, supporting them in meeting their tax, superannuation, and registration obligations, and processing account activities received through various channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality service to clients over the phone in a scheduled contact centre environment.
  • Support clients in meeting their tax, superannuation, and registration obligations.
  • Process account activities received through phone, paper, web-chat, email, and online portals.
  • Apply relevant policies and procedures to inform decision-making and exercise good judgment.
  • Ensure outcomes, actions, and agreements are accurately recorded with attention to detail.
Work Environment

The role may be located in Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill, Brisbane CBD, Burnie, Dandenong, Geelong, Gosford, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt, or Wollongong.
