
Advanced Practice Nurse

Nurse Practitioners hold a pivotal position in the healthcare system, delivering high-quality patient care and making informed decisions at an advanced level of nursing practice.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong commitment to providing person-centered care, incorporating diagnostic and treatment interventions using a high level of knowledge, skills, and autonomy.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality care, developing and implementing individualized care plans that apply evidence-based practice and comprehensive clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver patient-focused care, utilizing a high degree of knowledge, skills, and autonomy.
- Work effectively within and outside of interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
- Develop personalized care strategies, grounded in evidence-based practice and extensive clinical knowledge.
- Foster open communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals through various means.
- Registered Nurse endorsement with AHPRA or working towards Nurse Practitioner endorsement, with 5 years post-graduate experience and at least 3 years in the relevant field.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Exceptional clinical communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practice and a commitment to quality improvement.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and maintenance of competence.
