Job DescriptionNurse Practitioners play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care as part of our Acute Mental Health team.
As an Advanced Practice Nurse, you will provide person-centered care at an advanced nursing practice level, utilizing your skills and knowledge to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing diagnostic and treatment interventions using a high level of knowledge, skills, and autonomy to deliver quality patient care.
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional clinical communication and interpersonal skills.
- Implementing individualized person-centered care and diagnostic and treatment interventions at an advanced level with a commitment to quality improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) endorsed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- OR Registered Nurse with AHPRA working towards Nurse Practitioner endorsement with 5 years post-graduate experience and at least 3 years in the relevant field.
