Career Developer for Individuals with Disabilities

The RoleAs an employment support specialist, you will provide individualised assistance to NDIS participants in the Penrith office, focusing on vocational identity development.
- Support participants to enhance their skills and capacity for work.
- Deliver tailored services to students transitioning from school to work.
- Offer on-site guidance once employment commences and assist with integration.
- Travel as required for service delivery and participant support.
To be suitable for this position, you will need:
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Completion of an NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement.
