Job Description

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide practical, physical, and emotional support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact and empower people to maximize their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage participation in recreational activities and social events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless care delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Industry-related experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Hold an industry-related qualification (Certificate III in Disability or equivalent)
  • Australian driver's license (P2 or higher) for transporting clients
  • Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Workers Check
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • COVID-19 vaccination certificate
