Job Overview

This role involves providing high-level administrative support to our directors, focusing on property coordination and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing rental properties, coordinating duplex projects, and managing financial documents.

About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive individual with a passion for real estate, administration, and client coordination. Fluency in Mandarin is essential, and experience in property development or administration is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive support and manage personal admin tasks for company directors
  • Supervise and coordinate with property managers handling rental properties
  • Assist with duplex project coordination, including construction updates and utility management
  • Monitor property-related bank accounts and support monthly bank reconciliations
  • Support brokers in home loan applications, refinancing, and settlements
  • Prepare loan documents and liaise with mortgage brokers and bankers
  • Manage post-settlement processes: key collection, listing setup, and rental arrangements
Requirements
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken & written)
  • Background in real estate, property administration, or development preferred
  • Strong coordination, time management, and communication skills
  • Experience with financial documentation or reconciliations is a plus
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks with confidence
