About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at our Trend Ormeau facility. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled production employees, focusing on the development and improvement of our safety culture, and driving quality improvements to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of production employees to ensure performance levels are maintained
- Maintain timely production schedules and communicate issues or delays
- Ensure daily high-quality production completion within agreed productivity benchmarks
- Root cause identification and elimination of causes of lost productivity
- Maintain a strong customer focus
About You
We are looking for a candidate with previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, experience in or exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles, strong leadership skills, and a focus on Zero Harm at all times. You will be able to motivate your employees, communicate effectively, and work well across all stakeholder groups.
