We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Sales Engineer. In this role, you will combine engineering expertise with a strong commercial mindset to promote innovative automation solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and providing commercial and technical solutions to drive growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • At least 3 years' experience in sales or engineering within the automation sector.
  • Strong commercial drive, with a proven ability to identify opportunities, win new business, and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage customers at all levels.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives on building long-term customer relationships while delivering tailored technical solutions.
