Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. This role will play a key part in driving commercial growth, customer engagement, and sales strategy.

Job Description

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for:

  • Sales: Supporting customer engagement, shaping commercial terms, and closing deals.
  • Commercial Growth: Driving commercial growth by identifying opportunities, managing the pipeline, and informing strategy through analysis and modelling.
  • Fund Raising: Contributing to fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials and supporting due diligence.
  • Special Projects: Owning and executing high-impact projects that keep the business moving forward.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in management consulting, investment banking / finance, law or operating roles in startups or scale-ups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Good attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Genuine passion for sustainability and a drive to contribute to technologies that positively impact the planet.
