Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in the efficient flow of goods and services to our operations. This position requires strong planning and organisational skills, as well as analytical and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics objectives on time and within budget
  • Maintain accurate records of receipt, storage, and transportation of materials
  • Ensure operational requirements are met safely and effectively
  • Cooperate with regional projects to determine arrival times for goods and componentry
  • Develop transportation and delivery solutions for reliable and consistent transport
  • Prepare manifests for freight services loaded and dispatched from the facility
  • Administer data and records relevant to part distribution
  • Support administrative tasks for the Australia West Assets team
  • Process cash forecasts, month-end transactions, and reports
  • Validate and run reports using relevant systems

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role supporting a busy logistics and distribution team
  • Desirable: experience in the Mining Industry
  • Advantageous: JDE experience
  • Strong Planning and Organising skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinker
  • Ability to work within a team and be flexible with a "can do" attitude
