  • Analyze business requirements, functional specs, and technical designs for Oracle Xstore POS enhancements, upgrades, and integrations">
  • Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases covering functional, regression, integration, UAT support, and performance testing.">
  • Validate POS hardware interactions (printers, barcode scanners, payment devices, cash drawers, customer displays).">
  • Conduct integration testing with external systems (OMS, CRM, ERP, payment gateways, tax engines, etc.).">
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide defect triage assistance">
  • Agile Planning: Understands the challenges that delivery teams face in their day-to-day work and advises partners to design viable solutions">
  • Perform functional testing for transactions such as sales, returns, promotions, discounts, tax calculations, loyalty, and tendering.">
  • Automation Development: Owns the testing automation strategy, test data management strategy, and test automation framework architecture">
  • Develops new or maintains existing test automation testcases for Oracle Xstore POS applications, including front-end POS, back-office, and integrated systems that automation currently supports">
  • Coordinates regression test automation activities across supported applications">
  • Presents test results to stakeholders">
  • Identify, document, and prioritize defects using tools such as Jira, HP ALM, Zephyr, or TestRail.">

  • Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education">
  • 5+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in Oracle Xstore POS or other enterprise retail POS solutions">
  • Strong understanding of POS hardware peripherals, store operations and POS workflows: sales, returns, exchanges, tax, promotions, loyalty, and tendering">
  • Working experience in software development and/or testing">
  • Working experience in automated testing frameworks and scripting languages">
  • Working experience with software test tools and processes such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, HP ALM, building and testing frameworks, and consumer-facing applications and databases">
  • Working experience with regulatory standards testing processes">
