Software Quality Assurance Engineer Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and knowledge of AI-powered applications.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take charge of testing strategies and ensure high-quality software releases.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans to validate software functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests using industry-standard tools like Selenium.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience with web applications.
  • College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar — or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong technical and programming background, with expertise in languages like Java or Python.
  • Experience adding automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with all types of testing: unit, integration, system, functional, non-functional, and performance.
  • Skilled in planning, designing, and running tests.
  • Experience with performance and stress testing.

  • Good at staying organized and handling multiple tasks.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Familiar with testing tools like Selenium, Vulcan, or Spec Flow.
  • Basic knowledge of Dev Ops practices.
