We are seeking a professional to lead and drive project success within our organization.

About This Role
  • Maintain a high-performing team by supporting the Group Leader with monitoring and reporting on team performance, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.
  • Cultivate partnerships with other Team Leaders to drive collaboration and work sharing across departments, promoting mutual growth and understanding.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by closely monitoring leading and lagging health and safety indicators, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Promote talent management, including recruitment suggestions, career development, employee engagement, succession planning, coaching, mentoring, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive culture aligned with our core values, encouraging open communication and mutual respect.

This role requires a strong leader who can promote a happy, supportive, and inclusive work environment, driving results through effective team management and collaboration.

Qualifications
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum 7 years' professional experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience, demonstrating a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • The ability to foster a collaborative spirit between staff and stakeholders, building positive relationships and driving results through effective communication and partnership.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills to develop positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, navigating complex situations with ease and diplomacy.
