About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Coles, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. You will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain a high-performing store environment, manage inventory, and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

About you and your skills

  • You have experience in fast-paced retail environments and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • You are a strong communicator and team player, with the ability to motivate and develop your team members.
  • You have excellent administrative skills, including payroll, rostering, and inventory management.
  • You are results-driven and focused on achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • You have a RSA certification or are willing to obtain one.
