Assistant Store Manager

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Liquorland. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment.
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, manage store operations, and lead a high-performing team. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing inventory, stock levels, and store displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Leading and developing a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure team members are equipped to meet their roles and responsibilities.
- Managing store budgets, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate financial management and compliance with company policies.

We're looking for a motivated and experienced retail professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, customer service, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and development, with a desire to grow and develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic retail environment.
