About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • We require a skilled Maintenance Operations Specialist to prepare and process asset management information from various sources into FMS (Facility Management System) to support operational asset planning, ensuring data integrity across all Asset Management functions including: Asset Appraisal & Lifecycle Planning, Engineering, Maintenance Planning / Scheduling, Asset Data.
  • The successful candidate will coordinate Master Data changes in accordance with established procedures, maintain accurate preventative and predictive maintenance plans across all contracts and service lines, and ensure long-term PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) smoothing in FMS to support resource efficiency and budget control.
  • The role involves providing support during contract transitions and mobilisations, managing internal and external Requests for Information (RFIs) as part of business-as-usual processes, establishing and validating client Asset Registers in FMS, including data capture and upload aligned with Global & Local Taxonomy and TMP standards.
  • The specialist will leverage data from FMS to drive continuous improvement across Technical Services, provide guidance and support to Data Engineers and Coordinators within Key Accounts, assist in establishing reporting capabilities within FMS, contribute to the creation of a data-led decision-making ecosystem and culture, and support the ongoing maintenance of ISO 55001 certification.

  • Requirements:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in CMMS platforms (e.g., IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP), strong proficiency in MS Excel and other data tools, high attention to detail and process-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills, ability to work independently with energy, initiative, and adaptability, and excellent communication with technical teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders.
