Job Title:

An Asset Management Professional is required to deliver comprehensive property consultancy services and contribute to business growth.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in facilities and asset management, with expertise in strategic contracting and procurement, lifecycle cost analysis, and technical advisory services.

This role involves working with government agencies and private organisations across various property types and asset classes.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Evaluating and reviewing asset management and FM service delivery models.
  • Developing lifecycle and whole of life cost models.
  • Providing advice on building maintenance, including preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • Assisting with the development of contracting and procurement documentation for asset management and FM services.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in building, property, asset management or FM (or related discipline).
  • Commercial experience across the asset management and FM procurement lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong analytical abilities.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Accreditation with a relevant industry body.
  • Experience in developing lifecycle models.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and structuring.
