Job Title: Asset Management Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in Sydney, responsible for delivering high-value asset advisory services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and review asset management and facilities management service delivery models.
  • Analyze client asset management and facilities management service delivery models against industry best practice.
  • Prepare lifecycle and whole of life cost models for assets.
  • Assist with the preparation of due diligence reports for asset management and facilities management services under public-private partnership models.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in building, property, asset management or facilities management.
  • Commercial experience across the asset management and facilities management procurement lifecycle, including the development of specifications, KPIs and payment mechanisms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities.
