At Goodstart Dalby, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in children's lives.
Job Description:The Assistant Director will be responsible for providing high-quality early learning and care to children. They will work alongside the Centre Director to support the centre and team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
- Lead the centre team in providing exceptional early learning and care services.
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children.
- Collaborate with the Centre Director to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
- Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine passion for early learning and child development.
