Job Title: Business Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory plan to grow the Aged Care and Home Care market segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a territory plan to grow the Aged Care and Home Care market segment
  • Utilize Salesforce to effectively manage all new business opportunities within the territory
  • Contract new and existing business within the territory
  • Manage existing accounts with a focus on new business development
  • Manage all key contracts within the territory, including participation in the Western Australian Government contract for the Aged Care and Home Care product portfolio
  • Provide product training and drive BOC digital services to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs
  • Sell all Healthcare products and services to the Aged Care and Home Care market segment

Requirements

  • Excellent sales ability and a passion for growth
  • Broad understanding of Healthcare markets is desirable
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels
  • Tenacity to manage existing customers and drive growth
  • Ability to develop own sales plans and work without supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills leading to effective sales outcomes
  • Decisive, clear thinking, and collaborative style
  • Ability to understand, negotiate, and close business contracts with customers
