Job Summary

The Associate Director, Project Management Office is a key leadership role within the executive management team at Charles Sturt University. This position is responsible for developing and providing leadership of high-quality project, portfolio, business process improvement, and business analysis services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the program of IT projects to ensure successful delivery and implementation.
  • Provide strategic advice and support the governance of technology-related projects, including the support of formal governance structures and committees.
  • Develop and implement business process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyse and optimise complex, enterprise business processes to secure measurable benefits.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project management, business analysis, and business improvement frameworks, methodologies, and best practice.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven people management skills, including experience in managing, recruiting, and developing teams across multiple locations.

What We Offer

  • Continuing, Full Time position.
  • Level 10 - $127,960 to $135,687 pa (plus 17% superannuation).
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Port Macquarie, Wagga Wagga (other locations may be considered).
