Job Description

Digital asset custody is a critical aspect of unlocking a secure and regulated digital future.

Established in 2020, our institution-first, FCA-regulated digital asset custodian provides financial institutions, corporations, and professional investors with the freedom to realize their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, enhance team effectiveness, and ensure alignment with overall sales objectives. Mentor and support Sales Associates and Managers.
  2. Sales Targets and Growth: Drive individual and team sales targets, identify growth strategies, expand client base, enter new markets, and diversify revenue streams.
  3. Market Expansion: Identify and assess new market opportunities, contribute to long-term business expansion, lead go-to-market strategies, and align with company objectives.
  4. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities, use insights to guide data-driven decisions, optimize strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior executives and cross-departmental stakeholders, ensure sales initiatives support organisational growth, and reflect brand positioning.
