About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Custodial Administrator to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Custodial Services Manager, this is a permanent full-time position. The role is based at our Head Office in Tauranga and is suitable for someone interested in relocating to the Bay of Plenty.

The Senior Custodial Administrator handles end-to-end administration of custodial functions, including liaising with Private Equity regarding assets, processing Evergreen funds, and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves working with the Custodial Services Manager on custodial controls, cross-training team members, and providing support for complex matters as needed.

CSL is a key part of Craigs Investment Partners (CIP), offering full-service investment advisory and custodial services, including acting as a trustee, managing securities, and handling corporate actions.

About You

Ideal candidates will have extensive administrative experience, preferably within Financial Services or custodial roles. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, possess strong time management skills, and be a team player. Key attributes include:
