About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and oversee the day-to-day management of the property portfolio, ensuring it is fully utilized and maximizing returns.
  • Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruption.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify any potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed, obtaining quotes from vendors and suppliers to ensure best value.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
