We are seeking a Speech Pathology Graduate to join our team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
As a Speech Pathology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with children, helping them achieve their development milestones. You will educate and involve parents and carers, supporting children to speak clearly and confidently.
You will treat stuttering and articulation disorders, address literacy and reading difficulties, and teach children safe food and drink management.

The role requires strong communication and time management skills, as well as attention to detail.
We are looking for Grads who share our passion for making a difference and making therapy a fun, engaging, and meaningful experience for families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in helping children achieve their development milestones
- Educate and involve parents and carers
- Support children to speak clearly and confidently
- Treat stuttering and articulation disorders
- Address literacy and reading difficulties
- Teach children safe food and drink management
Requirements:
- A degree in Speech Pathology
- Eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating
- Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
- A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third-party insurance
- A valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain
- A clear current Police Check, or be willing to obtain
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or be willing to obtain
- First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain
- Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail
