Occupational Therapist Role

We deliver Allied Health support across various locations in Australia, providing services including Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy.

This role is open to Occupational Therapists with varying levels of experience who enjoy working in the community.

Individuals interested in Paediatrics or specific caseload areas are encouraged to apply.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage caseloads and provide therapeutic services
  • Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions through observations and assessments
  • Develop treatment goals based on assessment findings
  • Provide evidence-based interventions
  • Support environment adaptations in home, school, work, and residential settings
  • Recommend Assistive Technology to promote independence
  • Maintain current legislation knowledge for compliance
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and motivated to learn and improve
  • Desire to work in a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Passion for working in the disability sector
