Overview

Join to apply for the Speech Pathologist role at Better Rehab.

Location: Ipswich. Brand new office located in the center of Ipswich CBD, with nearby takeaway shops. Around the corner from Queens Park for a lunchtime stroll. On-site lockers and showers for those who cycle or fit in a workout.

You'll experience a varied caseload that includes adult and paediatric clients with developmental and acquired disabilities. Plenty of opportunities to develop dysphagia management, AAC prescription and implementation, and general therapy skills.

Day-to-day You Will
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients\' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach.
  • Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

About You

We're after Speechies who are proactive about improvement and deeply care about participant goals, treating them as missions rather than checkboxes. You should be willing to challenge ideas when participant interests are at stake.

  • SPA Registration
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
