About You

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to ensure resident satisfaction, teamwork, and standard of care.
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making.
  • Leadership experience, coordinating care across teams, and providing clarity and direction.
  • Current registration with relevant authorities and Australian Working Rights.
