A dynamic and experienced Senior Supply Planner is required to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced apparel business with high numbers of SKUs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience working with internal and external stakeholders, and a deep understanding of international supply chain documentation.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the purchase and creation of POs, liaising with vendors and planning teams, and ensuring all POs are accurate and up-to-date. They will also work closely with freight forwarders to monitor inbound shipments and investigate any discrepancies.

Key duties will include:

  • Managing the buy and create POs for brands
  • Liaising with vendors and planning team on the status of orders
  • Ensuring all POs are accurate and up-to-date
  • Monitoring inbound shipments with freight forwarder and suppliers
  • Looking for consolidation opportunities – vessel capacity and schedules

The role requires knowledge of SAP, experience with high-volume apparel or pharmaceutical industries, and a proven ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload. The ideal candidate will also have excellent problem-solving and time management skills, as well as advanced Excel skills.
