Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Experience Manager to lead our boutique team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a passion for luxury fashion retail, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the boutique team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure the boutique is visually merchandised to a high standard and that products are displayed in a way that maximizes sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered by the business
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a luxury fashion retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Knowledge of luxury fashion retail and ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends
