Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Underground HD Fitter to join our rostered maintenance crew in the Goldfields or Midwest region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and servicing mining equipment, including Sandvik, CAT, and Epiroc drills, boggers, and trucks.
Key Responsibilities- Repair and service mining equipment in workshop and field settings
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as per service schedules
- Conduct fault-finding and component change-outs on equipment
- Work efficiently and consistently to meet required standards of work
- Valid Australian driver's license
- Australian trade-recognized certificate
- Extensive experience with breakdowns, component change-outs, and fault-finding
- Experience with listed machinery is preferred
- Prior experience working with heavy mobile equipment
- Ability to provide national police clearance
- Complete a pre-employment medical, including D&A screen
- Strong team player with a focus on safety
- Weekly pay cycle
- Option for full-time or casual employment
- Supplied PPE on commencement
- Competitive hourly rate ($85.00-$90.00 per hour) plus super on all hours worked
- Referral bonus of up to $2000
- Retention bonus of $2000
- Temporary to permanent opportunities available
- Salary sacrifices available for interstate tradespeople
