This dynamic role involves delivering training and support services to help participants develop employability skills, secure employment, and enhance their overall wellbeing.
We value individuals who are passionate about empowering others through education, personal growth, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote our Employability Skills Training program to clients and stakeholders.
- Support participants in identifying their skills, abilities, and securing employment opportunities.
- Develop and implement career development plans tailored to individual needs.
- Facilitate training programs, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Build relationships with local employers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to expand job opportunities.
- Relevant qualifications, such as Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
- Experience in training, career counselling, or career development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check and undergo a Criminal History Check.
