About the Opportunity

Our team provides high-quality home care services to valued clients in the Riverina region, aiming to enhance their quality of life and promote independence.

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Worker who can provide personalized support and care to clients. You will work within a person-centered environment that respects the rights and needs of each client.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties
  • Accompanying clients on daily errands and providing companionship
  • Preparing food and administering medications as required
  • Observing and reporting any changes in the health and wellbeing of clients
  • Responding to emergency situations with confidence and composure

Essential Requirements include:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new challenges and situations
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
  • National Police Check and Working with Children Check
