Improve lives by providing compassionate care to individuals in their own homes.

We're seeking reliable and passionate home care workers to join our team. You'll need to be friendly, positive and demonstrate client-focused behavior, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working within a person-centred environment that respects the rights and needs of each client
  • Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing and domestic duties
  • Assisting clients with daily errands, companionship and support
  • Providing support with academic, social or recreational activities
  • Preparing food, feeding clients and administering medications
  • Observing, caring and reporting any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client
  • Responding to emergency situations

You'll need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges
  • A National Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • An NSW Working with Children Check
  • A Driver's Licence
  • First Aid
  • A CPR Certificate (Valid within last 12 months)
