Head of Talent

About the Role:
  • We seek a strategic leader to join our national Talent Acquisition team as Head of Talent.
  • This role involves leading a passionate national Talent team committed to collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • The job is based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane and involves working within a flexible hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture positive team culture while driving strategic talent sourcing and partnering opportunities.
  • Improve and deliver high-quality, best practice talent acquisition services.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape recruitment-driven workforce planning, embed diversity and inclusion strategies, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and impact.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership managing national or multi-state talent acquisition teams within complex service industries.
  • Expertise in strategic, recruitment-focused workforce planning, sourcing and high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with recruitment technologies, including automation and strategic sourcing.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, including leadership of Indigenous recruitment initiatives aligned with Reconciliation Action Plans.
