This role has the opportunity to lead and support the implementation of human resource policies and practices to shape and reinforce workplace performance & culture.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with the team and develop relationships across the organisation regarding HR & IR policies and activities to foster and embed practices contributing to a great workplace culture. They will also participate on the management team and manage key Human Resource activities and projects across the organisation and have a HR assistant as a direct report.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business objectives.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Design and execute onboarding strategies for new employees.
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain strict compliance with labour laws, regulations, and training requirements.
- Cultivate a continuous improvement and innovation culture within the HR department.
