Operations Team Member

We are seeking an Operations Team Member to join our team and contribute to our customer-focused culture.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • - Deliver store administration in line with standard procedures, including cash handling, tendering transactions, systems access and data integrity, store web sales, extended warranty claims, telephone management and enquiries.

  • - Contribute to financial performance through effective inventory management and controllable expenses.

  • - Manage all sales channel fulfillment in line with procedures.

  • - Collaborate as part of a team in delivering a consistent positive store and channel experience for the customer, resolving customer complaints and queries as required.

  • - Improve sales skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and development opportunities.
