About the Role

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a large team of enthusiastic team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and high-quality food products.

  • Lead and support your team on a day-to-day basis, working front of house, leading by example, cooking on the grill & chip stations, and helping out on the floor.
  • Focus on product quality, customer experience, processes, training, safety, and employee experience.
  • Help your team meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coach team members through workshops and online training.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance to ensure food quality and customer satisfaction are kept to a high standard.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with managing business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
