Job Title: Service Specialist Iii-Welldynamics
This is a critical role that requires the expertise of a skilled specialist. The individual will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at the well site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform system integration and other tests utilizing in-depth knowledge of system characteristics, operation, and performance.
- Work closely with customers, third parties, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Commission/test or deploy specialized Smartwell completion equipment.
- Chair pre- and post-job equipment and service activities.
- Oversight of service equipment maintenance.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct and document all Halliburton HSE related activities at the well site.
- Risk analysis and safety huddles.
- Meetings and well site paperwork.
Requirements:
- Superior customer service skills.
- Negotiation and leadership skills.
- Promotion of safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
- Compliance with applicable HSE procedures and regulations.
Quality Improvement:
The individual will participate in the quality improvement process by assisting with the review, validation, and revisions to local HMS processes.
