As a seasoned Professional Services Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of a best-in-class professional services organization.

  • Critical Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored solutions to meet the complex needs of large enterprise customers.
  • Manage customer relationships and serve as an expert in the AlayaCare platform and delivery model.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of our solutions.
  • Develop and deliver actionable consulting recommendations that drive value for our customers.
  • Contribute to customer insights and Voice of the Customer initiatives.

Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Guide a team of consultants and specialists to achieve exceptional results.
  • Monitor progress against key goals and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within a software company.
  • 3+ years of general or home care consulting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Deep expertise in the AlayaCare solution and/or relevant functional domains.
  • Proven leadership capabilities that drive services revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
