Nursing Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced nursing professional to join our team as a Casual Assistant Director of Nursing in Residential Aged Care and Acute.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards
- Participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date with best practices
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 4 years relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated experience in nursing management and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
