About the Role:

We are seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to deliver best-practice services to children and families, empowering them in their communities.

As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with our team at Make the Connection, you will provide intervention that builds on children's strengths and develops sustainable, long-term solutions. You will deliver goal-directed therapy services in both clinic and community settings for children, collaborating with families and caregivers to enhance community participation.

You will develop and review individualized therapy support plans that are meaningful and aligned with each client's goals. We offer generous professional development training allowances and regular clinical supervision and peer support meetings.
